Join Sarah- a 3 Week Steel Mace Vinyasa series focusing on improving strength & mobility. Combine mobility exercises, yoga and strength training while using the 5lb steel mace.

Gather and move with women that have the common goal to feel strong and empowered in their mind, body, energy & nervous system. 

 Steel Mace Vinyasa is a practice that enhances your asana practice. With use of a Steel Mace or as ancient texts refer to as a gada, a tool that is a 5 lb staff with a globe on the end. You will see many deities such as Lord Hanuman & Warrior Goddess Durga holding these weapons as a symbol of right action and determination. In these one hour sessions you will experience your strength as a warrior as we learn the three components of Flow State training that prepare the body, mind and nervous system to wield the ancient tool that evokes the primal anatomy of striking, blocking and warrior postures that empower. Beginners to movement & yoga welcome!

First Session - Dynamic Flow
Second Session - Condition & Strengthening with Steel Mace 
Third Session - Dynamic Flow with Steel Mace

Supplies needed: Yoga mat, Steel Mace & water. You can purchase your own using this link or use a broomstick or wooden dowel as you are learning.
