Deep relaxation helps calm the nervous system and the mind by reducing stimulation and drawing awareness into a place of peace. When we rest, the body’s intelligence can take over, and the stress hormones that can cause dis-ease will be reduced. In this session you will be supported in yoga poses with bolsters, blankets and blocks (and Denise and Deb!) giving your body permission to truly relax. See what REST really feels like. No yoga experience is necessary.
