Do you want to refine some of the key poses used in yoga asana practice? Whether you are completely new to yoga or have done some in the past you will benefit from these sessions which will allow time for questions and answers. Adapting a pose to your body will be emphasized so that you can trust the poses to heal and strengthen.

All levels of ability are welcome! No need to be flexible, strong or know what the heck you are doing. That is what the course is for! Online option available (via zoom) upon request once registered for the workshop. 6 Week series
