This specialty class is designed specifically for those with osteopenia or osteoporosis who want to build strength safely and confidently. Using evidence-based principles, we focus on weight-bearing postures, gentle resistance, alignment awareness, and balance training to support bone health and reduce fracture risk.

This is not a generic yoga class made “gentler.” It is a carefully designed therapeutic practice that respects the realities of bone loss while empowering you to stay active, strong, and independent.
Appropriate for beginners and experienced students alike. Modifications and clear instruction are always offered.
