This therapeutic class is designed for anyone living with arthritis, chronic stiffness, or reduced range of motion. Led by yoga therapist Bonnie Pariser, the practice creates a safe and supportive environment where you can move again with comfort, confidence, and ease.
Using elements of Mukunda Stiles’ Joint Freeing Series, we’ll explore simple, mindful movements that help increase mobility, reduce pain, and nourish the joints. You’ll also learn about fascia health—how this connective tissue affects mobility—and experience practices that hydrate and unwind the fascial system.
To support whole-body balance, the class includes techniques for nervous system resetting, helping you shift out of tension patterns and into a calmer, more resilient state.
Whether you’re new to yoga or looking for a more adaptable practice, this class offers accessible tools to help you move better, feel better, and reconnect with your body at a pace that works for you.
