Pain in your back, hips, knees, and belly can be traced back to tight or weak psoas muscles. You can change the state and functionality of your psoas muscle group through understanding, identification and then applying appropriate exercises. Find out about the psoas and how to care and maintain a healthy balance in these important muscles which affect the rest of your body. 


Even though the Psoas is responsible for a lot of body pain, very few people know about it! Be one of the people who know what the heck the psoas is. 

All classes will be recorded, and recordings will be available to all participants so you can follow along when it is best for you. 

Online option available (via zoom) upon request once registered for the workshop.
