You may know women should lift weights to improve bone & hormone health, but let's be real- gyms & lifting weights can be intimidating. Why not add strength to moments you already know and love in a safe and serene space such as your favorite rivertown yoga studio? Join Sarah for Strength & Grace - a 5 Week Steel Mace Vinyasa series focusing on improving strength & mobility. Sarah will be combining mobility exercises, gentle yoga and strength training with the use of a 5lb steel mace. Everything will be adapted to the individual.
Supplies needed: Yoga mat, Steel Mace & water. You can purchase your own using this link or use a broomstick or wooden dowel as you are learning.
