Join Sarah for Strength & Grace - a 5 Week Steel Mace Vinyasa series focusing on improving strength & mobility. Steel Mace Vinyasa is a form of exercise that combines mobility exercises, gentle yoga and strength training with the use of a 5lb steel mace. Beginners to movement are welcome as all exercises and poses can be adapted to the individual.
