Breathe into Mondays this New Year and join Denise Evarts for 6 classes to feel more empowered about meditation, breathwork, and gentle yoga. Each class will have all three: short and simple meditations everyone can do, pranayama to deepen our awareness of our breath, and slow flow movement to balance body, mind and spirit.
