Join Bonnie for Meditation Basics. She will lead guided meditations and then respond to questions and comments based on your experiences. This feedback will give you the tools you need to develop a practice that is best for you.
Each week will focus on different meditation techniques so you can find a practice that best suits you and your lifestyle. This is a beginner-friendly class, no meditation experience necessary, however even experienced meditators can benefit from these sessions and practicing with others. Recordings will be available if you need to miss a class.
