Join Sarah for 6 weeks of Intro to Yoga where she will breakdown poses and answer your questions about your yoga practice. Each class will start with a short meditation followed by a breakdown of 2-3 key yoga poses and plenty of time for your questions, complete with a relaxing flow to apply what you just learned and of course the best part--savasana (rest).
