Fridays beginning November 1st. Easy to approach poses for every body. These poses will target the muscle groups that are underused in everyday activities, but are vital to keep strong and flexible as you age; hip extension and hip flexion so you don't develop a shuffle, spinal flexion so you don't develop kyphosis, hip rotation so you can avoid a hip replacement, balance poses to keep your core strong and integrated!
