50 hour immersion/training

The Yoga Intensive/Teacher Training will present you with exactly what you desire to know. This 50 hour training can be your start towards a 200 hour Yoga Alliance Teacher Training. You can also take it for your own edification and personal development.

In this module we will be exploring the building blocks of basic asanas.  You will learn the intention, the kinesiology and anatomy of poses, the energetic components and movements, and modifications that can make the poses more accessible as well as more challanging.
