Join us for an in-depth 50 hour Asana Intensive, where we’ll take a deep dive into key pose categories—such as warrior poses, hip openers, balances, and seated forward bends. Through focused exploration, we’ll examine the anatomical, energetic (pranic), and mind, or mental effects of each posture. This will help guide you into the different koshas using asanas as the vehicle. We will also use the yoga sutras and ayurvedic applications to further embody the poses, and the practice as a whole.
You'll also learn effective self-assisting techniques using props. We'll discuss both indications and contraindications, helping you understand when and how to safely incorporate each asana into your practice or teaching.
This intensive is designed to refine your alignment, deepen your awareness, and enhance your ability to support yourself and others in practice.
