Join Bonnie for a special retreat day where you'll learn the sacred process of the Vedic Agni Hotra fire ceremony—a powerful practice for purification and healing. You’ll need to bring a fire pit (all other materials will be provided . pits will be available to purchase).
After the ceremony, we'll move into the kitchen to create a nourishing vegan meal together. You'll learn how to blend spices and flavors to support digestion and vitality, feeding your inner fire.
This intimate gathering will take place at a private home in PA, just outside Frenchtown. (The address will be provided upon registration.)
