Guided meditation and asana practice will be the medium for welcoming this summer season. The lavender will be in bloom and the heavenly scent will help open the doors of perception to this cosmic shift. After the asana class we will have a healing fire ceremony and meditation.
Come soak in the energy this amazing setting offers as we come together to share light, peace and equanimity.
We will either practice in the fields or the sheltered space if the weather is wet. All levels are welcome to attend. You must bring your own mat, blanket and blocks. The store will be open if you wish to make any purchases before or after the class.
