This one-day meditation retreat will deepen your mindfulness through integrated somatic practices. We will explore the synergy between movement and stillness, using yoga, TRE and being in nature to prepare the body and mind for a profound meditation experience. Throughout the day we will engage in yoga and TRE sessions to promote relaxation and receptivity which will lead to stillness of the mind.
