Practice asana using the buoyancy, support, and resistance of water!

Practicing in the water reduces strain on joints and eases balance issues while offering delightful challenges due to the water's resistance. Aqua Yoga is particularly beneficial for people with arthritis, injuries, or mobility issues. It can enhance flexibility, strength, balance, and overall relaxation, providing a low-impact, therapeutic asana experience.

After the asana portion, we will practice a water element meditation. Please bring your bathing suit, towel, float noodle if you have one, and a cushion to sit on for meditation (chairs will be available too).

We will be meeting in Frenchtown Borough; the address will be provided after registration. Rain date TBA. Only people with some knowledge of swimming should attend. You will be asked to sign a waiver.

*Please note - the pool is continuously 5 feet deep. Access to the pool is only via a ladder. There are no steps to enter or exit the pool.
