In this class, we will explore and hold various poses. You will be guided to find steerum sukum asana (a steady, comfortable seat) as your body becomes more stable and strong. The asanas (yoga poses) are designed to bring your mind to stillness, and this is what you will experience as you engage in this practice. Questions are welcome throughout the session. This is not a vinyasa flow class. All levels are welcome.
