Join this group of women who are all going through the transitions that life offers. This can be a challenging time, but it is also a time of great opportunity.
In this group, we will come together to share our stories, our wisdom, and our experiences.
- We will celebrate the beauty of our aging bodies and the wisdom of the crone.
- We will explore the sacred mysteries of the feminine and reclaim our power.
- We will also practice gentle asana, meditation, and other rituals that will help us to connect with our divine feminine energy.
This is a safe space for us to be ourselves, to be heard, and to be supported. We are all in this together, and we are stronger together.
